2615 ALPS RD HVAC replacement permit issued for furnace and AC
Bakers Heating & AC is replacing the furnace and air conditioner at 2615 Alps Rd for owner David W. Greenwell, installing a single 2.5-ton system with a new air handler/coil and an outdoor condenser/heat pump. The equipment will sit in the basement with the condenser at ground level outside, and the project is estimated at $4,000 — a straightforward HVAC swap to keep the place cozy.
