6607 SYCAMORE BEND TRCE HVAC replacement permit issued
Absolute Services Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical LLC is installing a new mini-split at 6607 Sycamore Bend Trce for owner Robin S. Johnstone as an HVAC replacement. The single 2-ton electric system will have the indoor unit in the basement and the condenser at ground level outside, with no new ductwork and an estimated cost of $13,250.60.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
