4825 PARTRIDGE RUN HVAC replacement permit issued
Buffat Services Inc. is swapping out the furnace and AC at 4825 Partridge Run for owner Jon Crocker, installing a 2-ton setup that includes a new air handler/coil, condenser heat pump and an 80% furnace. The single-family HVAC replacement (no new ductwork) is estimated at $8,000, the permit has been issued, and the outdoor condenser will sit at ground level.
