1621 Arling Ave Mechanical Permit: Replacement furnace installed
Adrian Franklin Bishop of Bishop Heating & Cooling is replacing the gas furnace at 1621 Arling Ave for owner Awad Khalid, removing the old unit and installing a new one with the job estimated at $1,200. It's a straight basement swap for this single-family home — no new ductwork, same 2.5-ton capacity, and it's replacing an 80% furnace.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
