9601 El Prado St HVAC replacement - replace existing AC unit with like-for-like
WCA Group LLC is replacing the existing AC unit like-for-like at 9601 El Prado St for owners Lloyd E. & Mary Blakeney, with the project value estimated at $13,622. It's a straight swap on the single-family home — a 3-ton electric system with the air handler/coil being replaced, the condenser remaining at ground level, and no new ductwork planned.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
