12901 Westport Rd HVAC remodel adding 2 systems
LHI Properties LLC has pulled an HVAC permit for a remodel at 12901 Westport Rd, installing two new gas systems—one in the crawl space and one in the attic—with new ductwork and a project value estimated at $18,000. Licensed contractor Sean Estep (Estephvac) is on the job; the condenser will sit at ground level and the permit was issued on 12/05/2025 (expires 12/05/2026), so you might start seeing technicians and ladders around soon.
