WM L Brewer & Son Heating & A/C is replacing the furnace and air conditioner at 302 Lotis Way for owners Dedina Peter and Dedinova Dionyzia, with the project estimated at $16,000. The permit covers a like-for-like swap of one gas 3.0-ton system (a 90-rated furnace and condenser/heat pump), with the air handler in the basement and the condenser at ground level; no new ductwork is proposed.
