4120 WOODS VIEW PL HVAC Replacement Permit Issued

The residential gas HVAC replacement—one 4-ton system with air handler/coil and a 90% furnace—has been issued with a project value estimated at $16,398; equipment will be in the basement with the condenser at ground level and no new ductwork expected.
