The work, estimated at $13,271, places equipment in the basement with an outdoor condenser at ground level for this 4,678 sq. ft. Shakes Run home; design calculations show a heat gain of 27,562 and a heat loss of 49,925, so it’s being sized to handle some serious winter chill.
