4820 Andalusia Ln Furnace Replacement Permit Issued
Comfort Controllers Heating and Air Conditioning LLC replaced an oversized 90,000 BTU 80% furnace with a properly sized 66,000 BTU 80% gas furnace at 4820 Andalusia Ln for owner Melinda Lawson. The residential HVAC replacement is a single-system gas furnace swap with no new ductwork and an estimated cost of $4,000. In plain terms: the home got a right-sized furnace that should run more efficiently and be more comfortable without the previous overkill.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
