WCA Group LLC is replacing the existing furnace with a like-for-like gas unit at 2101 Woodbourne Ave for owner Daisy Raymer. The residential HVAC permit has been issued for one system—equipment will sit in the basement with the condenser at ground level. The project value is estimated at $6,570, with no new ductwork or rooftop units planned, so it looks like a straightforward swap to keep the heat humming.
