3436 Park Row Dr replaced gas furnace and AC
David Cunningham is replacing the gas furnace and air conditioner at 3436 Park Row Dr. Peterman Brothers is the licensed contractor working for owner Daphne Batey, replacing the 2.5-ton system’s air handler/coil and installing an 80% furnace (no new ductwork), with equipment in the basement and the condenser at ground level. The project is estimated at $13,989.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
