Wise Heating & Air Condition is replacing the gas furnace at 8205 Paddington Dr for owner Latisha Marrita Reynolds. The residential HVAC permit covers an 80% efficiency gas furnace to be installed in the basement with the outdoor condenser at ground level, replacing one system with no new ductwork planned.
