12115 E ORELL RD HVAC Furnace Replacement Permit Issued
One Choice Mechanical LLC is replacing the gas furnace at 12115 E Orell Rd for owner Lipscomb Dennis. This is a residential HVAC replacement for a single-family home — a Furnace-90 is being installed, with no new ductwork or rooftop units planned and an estimated cost of $3,000. It looks like a straightforward furnace swap to keep the place warm and comfortable.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
