7913 Glaser Ln issued for 1 gas combination unit replacement
Elder Heating AC is replacing the HVAC at 7913 Glaser Ln for owners Martin and Karen Ritter, installing one gas combination unit and swapping in a new furnace and air handler/coil. This single-family, 3-ton replacement keeps the condenser at ground level with no new ductwork, and the project is estimated at $9,165. Licensed pro on file is Kaylee at Elder Heating, and the permit has been issued — so it looks like a straightforward equipment swap rather than a big remodel.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
