Bryant Heating AC is replacing the gas furnace for owner Lillian Gray at 6409 Glendale Rd. The permit covers a straight swap to an 80% efficiency gas furnace for the single-family home (no new ductwork or rooftop units), with the condenser staying at ground level and the project estimated at $2,000.
