DFH Company (licensed pro Leah) is doing a straight swap of the gas furnace at 10504 Sedalia Ct for homeowners Wilson Stewart & Deborah, installing a 90% efficiency furnace in the basement. The single-system, 3-ton replacement is permitted and issued with an estimated project cost of $5,250 and no new ductwork required.
