8908 WIMSATT WAY HVAC Replacement Permit Issued
WM L Brewer & Son Htg. & A/C is replacing the electric HVAC at 8908 Wimsatt Way for owner Naples Living Trust, with the job estimated at $10,000. The condo/patio unit will get a swapped air handler/coil and condenser heat pump (both 1.5-ton), installed on Level 1 with the condenser at ground level and no new ductwork planned.
