Stivers Heating AC is swapping out the HVAC at 157 S Crestmoor Ave for owner Karen Kessler. The residential replacement includes a new furnace, air conditioner, air handler/coil and thermostat (a 3-ton system with the condenser at ground level); the permit has been issued and inspections are still pending.
