4215 Edgin Ave HVAC furnace replacement permit issued
Air Support LLC is replacing the existing gas furnace for owner Lyons James at 4215 Edgin Ave, installing a 90-type gas furnace as a straight swap with a project value estimated at $4,000. The job is a one-system replacement located in the crawl space with no new ductwork planned, so it’s more of a behind-the-scenes tune-up than a big renovation, and the permit has been issued.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
