8009 TRILLIUM DR HVAC replacement permit issued
Pierce Heating Air Cond Inc will replace the furnace and AC at 8009 Trillium Dr for owner Kimberly Ann Henry as a residential HVAC replacement. The one-system project (current and proposed 2.5 tons) swaps the air handler/coil, an 80% furnace, and a condenser heat pump with equipment in the basement and the condenser at ground level, with an estimated cost of $7,500.
