117 NORTHWESTERN PKWY mechanical permit issued for HVAC replacement
User Friendly Home Services is replacing the heating and cooling system for owner Eugene Tisdale at 117 Northwestern Pkwy, installing an 80,000 BTU 92% furnace along with a 3-ton coil and 3-ton air conditioner. The residential HVAC replacement permit has been issued for a single-system swap (equipment in the basement, condenser at ground level) with an estimated project value of $1,500. Short and sweet — a practical upgrade to keep the home warm in winter and cool in summer.
