1208 Winterbranch Way Mechanical Permit issued for 2nd floor HVAC replacement
Weber Heating & Air is replacing the second-floor furnace and air system at 1208 Winterbranch Way. Owners Christopher R. and Laura L. Pruniski approved a single-system gas swap — a like-for-like 2.5-ton replacement that includes a new air handler/coil, condenser/heat pump, and an 80% furnace, with the condenser located at ground level and the main equipment accessed on the second floor. The residential HVAC replacement permit has been issued.
