Prudential HVAC is replacing the gas HVAC system at 7718 Cottage Cove Way for owner Rose Coleman. They're swapping in a single 3.5-ton system — replacing the air handler/coil, 90% furnace and condenser/heat pump — with the equipment in the basement and the condenser sitting at ground level; the permit has been issued.
