1101 FOX GLEN WAY issued mechanical permit for HVAC replacement

Magruder Heating & Air Cond Inc (contractor Mike Magruder) is replacing the furnace and air conditioner for homeowner Bryan Bains at 1101 Fox Glen Way, a unit owned by Holly Pointe Condominium Association. The gas HVAC swap keeps the system at 2.5 tons, includes a new air handler/coil, condenser and an 80% furnace, and is estimated at $6,000 — the permit is issued and $105 in fees have been paid.
