6918 Franklin Farmer Way furnace replacement permit issued
Mary M Sher Trust is replacing the home's furnace at 6918 Franklin Farmer Way — a straightforward 80% gas furnace swap for one two‑ton system with a project value of $5,150. The work is being handled by ASVKY-1 LLC (AireServ) with licensed pro Shelley DuBoise on file, and the condenser will remain at ground level, so it reads like a routine mechanical upgrade rather than a big remodel.
