WCA Group LLC is replacing the home’s HVAC at 5504 Bradbury Ave for owners Patrick G. and Belinda S. Gonterman, installing a like-for-like 3-ton, 60,000 BTU 90/90 upflow gas furnace in the basement with the condenser at ground level outdoors. The residential replacement is estimated at about $18,080 and the permit has been issued.
