5565 Bruce Ave Furnace Replacement Permit Issued
Bryant Heating & AC is replacing the gas furnace for homeowner Anthony Holcomb at 5565 Bruce Ave. The permit for this single-family furnace swap (an 80% efficiency unit) was issued with a project value estimated at $2,000, and the outdoor condenser will sit at ground level. Inspections haven’t been completed yet, so it looks like work is either just started or about to begin.
