16904 AIKEN RIDGE CIR issued for new HVAC system
Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning is installing a new gas HVAC system for Pulte Homes of Ohio LLC at 16904 Aiken Ridge Cir in the Aiken Ridge TCG 4.5 subdivision. The single-family, 2,353 sq ft home will get new ductwork and one system (condenser at ground level), with a project value estimated at $13,431.35; load calculations show a heat gain of 31,126 and a heat loss of 46,039 with design temps of 95°F summer and 0°F winter for an east-facing house.
