127 Bonner Ave HVAC Replacement Permit Issued for 70,000 BTU Furnace and A/C
Mitch Craig Heating & Cooling will be replacing the HVAC at 127 Bonner Ave for owner Eric Muzzillo. They’ll remove the old gear and install a 96% 70,000 BTU natural gas furnace plus a 2-ton, 16.0 SEER2 R‑454b coil and matching A/C, with the condenser on ground level and the furnace located in the basement; the job is estimated at $7,500. It's a straight replacement of one system, so expect a quicker install rather than a full remodel.
