A big electrical upgrade is going in at 3017 Eagle Pass
A big electrical overhaul is on deck at 3017 Eagle Pass, and the city signed off on it.
It’s a 200-amp service replacement with a full rewire, plus new circuits for the kitchen, laundry, bath, loft, heat pump, gas furnace, and wired smoke detectors throughout the house.
There’s also a 100-amp run planned out back for a future garage, so this one is doing a lot more than just swapping a few switches.
