A basement finish with new wiring is going on at 1538 Lincoln Hill Way
A basement makeover is coming to 1538 Lincoln Hill Way. It’s a roughly 1,850-square-foot project in the primary residence, with five extra circuits going into the main panel for two new bathrooms, two bedrooms, a bar, and the rest of the living space.
The city signed off on it on October 28, 2026. Figure on a finished basement that’s doing a lot more than storing holiday decor.
