New microwave, bathroom and basement circuits are going in at 2321 Allston Ave
A rehab is coming to 2321 Allston Ave, and this one’s got a few electrical tweaks in the works.
At the single-family home, the plan calls for a microwave circuit, a bathroom circuit, and a basement circuit, plus a rewire job somewhere around $1,000.
The city signed off on it on September 24, 2026, and a rough check is set for September 29.
