A new dedicated water-heater circuit is going in at 310 Plaza Ave in Louisville. The old aluminum BX wiring is being replaced, with new wiring run through the crawl space, a disconnect set near the water heater, and a new whip from there to the unit.
The city signed off on the work on September 17, 2026, and the job is tagged at about $2,100.
