Laswell Electric Co. has been issued a residential electrical permit to do work at 8100 Bella Woods Dr for owners Timothy L. Seibert and Patricia A. Welch. The kitchen remodel/rewire adds 11 recessed lights and 5 under-cabinet lights, dedicated circuits for an electric range, range hood, microwave, dishwasher and disposal, replaces the dinette ceiling fan, installs a subpanel with Arc-Fault breakers, and hooks up a new whirlpool tub in the master bath, with an estimated cost of $1,000 and a permit active through 02/15/2027.
