17907 Currys Bend Ln electrical permit issued for new wiring
KEP Electric Inc has pulled a residential electrical permit to install new wiring at 17907 Curreys Bend Ln for the single-family property owned by Clayton Properties Group Inc. The job is listed as a new 200-amp, single-meter installation with an estimated project value of $6,000; the permit was issued on 08/12/2026 and is valid through 02/10/2027 (a $200 fee was paid). Sounds like a straightforward wiring upgrade — electricians, not demo crews, are likely to be in your neighborhood.
