5221 Craigs Creek Dr Electrical permit issued for rewire after flooding

Jacob Gonzalez of Localelectricco has been issued a residential electrical permit to replace all light fixtures, ceiling fans, light switches and outlets at 5221 Craigs Creek Dr for owner Lutz Juliano after flooding damaged the home. The project is listed as a rewire with an estimated cost of $6,000 and inspections are pending — basically a flood-related electrical overhaul to get the house back up to code.
