2409 S Shelby Street electrical permit issued for power restoration
The Panel Guys (licensed pro Terry Carson) pulled an emergency residential electrical permit to restore power at 2409 S Shelby St after the service had reportedly been off for more than a year. Owner Ghanoum Mohamad is listed on the record; the job is a 100-amp overhead connection with one meter, estimated at $100, the permit was issued 08/12/2026 and expires 08/12/2027—basically a straightforward power restart rather than a full rewire.
