4219 SUNSET AVE Electrical permit issued to reconnect power after outage

DCB Construction is reconnecting power that’s been off for more than a year at 4219 Sunset Ave. The residential electrical permit for owner E H Management LLC was issued for a temporary pole and an overhead 100-amp connection with one meter, estimated at $200, and remains active through 08/10/2027. An electrical final inspection is already requested for 08/12/2026, so the lights may be coming back on soon.
