77 VALLEY RD rework vanity lights and wire for bathroom receptacle
Generation 4 Electric, with licensed pro Lee Bland, has an issued residential electrical permit to rework the vanity lights and wire a bathroom receptacle at 77 Valley Road for owners Denis E. and Bonnie Hommrich. The little rewire is estimated at $200, tied to a 200-amp service, and the permit is active through 08/06/2027—sounds like a quick lighting refresh rather than a full remodel.
