KEP Electric Inc is setting up a temporary electrical pole at 8914 Tribute Dr for the single-family lot owned by Grand Communities LLC. The residential electrical permit was issued for a 200-amp, single-meter temporary service with an estimated project value of $6,000 and is active through 02/03/2027. This looks like a short-term site power hookup while construction continues in the Villages at Heritage Creek.
