1022 S 3RD ST Unit 3 electrical permit issued

Troye Powers, an electrical contractor, has been issued a residential electrical permit to restore power at 1022 S 3rd St Unit 3 after a fire damaged the service and vandals tampered with the equipment. Owner Halevi Yaron’s place is slated for a rewire with a 400-amp overhead connection serving three meters and feeding the rear house, with the project valued at about $3,000 and the permit valid through July 28, 2027.
