KEP Electric Inc. is installing a temporary electrical pole at 10009 Windcrest Farms Ln for owner Fischer Homes Louisville LLC as part of the single-family build on Lot 93. The residential permit (200-amp service, one meter) is issued with an estimated cost of $6,000 and expires on 01/22/2027. It looks like this temporary hookup will keep construction powered while the new home moves toward completion.
