7314 JACKS LNDG applied for an electrical permit for a new in ground pool
Owner Davis Living Trust has an electrical permit issued for a new in-ground pool at 7314 Jacks Landing, with the homeowner listed as the contractor. The residential electrical work is described as a rewire with a 100-amp meter and one subpanel, estimated at $1,000, and the permit is active through 07/22/2027. No inspections are recorded as completed yet, so the backyard pool project may still be underway.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
