4406 S 1ST ST preparing for final electrical inspection

David Joyner has brought in licensed electrician Dylan Barmore to finish up electrical work at 4406 South 1st Street after the previous contractor left the job partially complete. They’re installing correct breakers, a proper four‑prong dryer receptacle, a bathroom exhaust fan and surge protection to get the single‑family home’s 100‑amp service ready for a final electrical inspection, with the work estimated at about $1,200.
