4505 Broadleaf Dr electrical permit issued for new home

Habitat for Humanity of Metro Louisville has pulled an electrical permit for a new single-family home at 4505 Broadleaf Dr. Standard Electric Company, with licensed pro Ed Coy, will install a 200-amp service with an overhead connection and one meter, and the project is estimated at $120,000. The permit is issued and valid through early 2027, so expect electrical work to pop up around the block as the build moves along.
