Standard Electric Company, with licensed electrician Ed Coy, has been issued a residential electrical permit to wire a new single-family home for owner Habitat for Humanity of Metro Louisville at 6508 Lower Hunters Trace. The project is a new home with a 200-amp service and one meter, estimated at $120,000; the permit was issued on 07/10/2026 and expires 01/08/2027.
