7514 FAIR LN Electrical residential permit issued for new wiring
KEP Electric Inc is installing new electrical wiring for a single-family home at 7514 Fair Ln for owner Pulte Homes of Ohio LLC. The residential electrical permit (new work) was issued on July 9, 2026 for a 200-amp service with one meter and a project value estimated at $6,000. The permit is active and set to expire July 9, 2027, with inspections to be scheduled as the build moves forward.
