4009 Parthenia Ave Electrical permit issued for rewire

Owner Lauren Speaker had an electrical inspection at 4009 Parthenia Ave after LG&E said one was needed to restore power. The contractor, MW Co. LLC, updated the grounding, found no visible damage and noted the power hadn’t been off for more than 12 months — no work was done inside. The residential rewire permit is issued with an estimated cost of $200 and a 100-amp overhead connection.
