11305 Bodley Drive applied for electrical permit to install 28kW Generac
Owner Innes Mather has hired Allen Electric Company to install a 28 kW Generac generator with an automatic transfer switch at 11305 Bodley Drive, replace the 200-amp panel, add surge protection, a disconnect, updated bonding and grounding, and a new sub‑panel. The residential electrical rewire is estimated at $25,000, the permit has been issued, and inspections are lined up for mid‑2026 — so this house is getting storm‑ready.
